It's kind of inconsistent on whether Arc has long or short hair, but I used long hair since we see the most of Arc Angelheart, who had long hair. Plus, even if she had short hair, wouldn't it grow a little? Also, giving her long flowy hair would match the long flowy dress.

And yes I know the eyebrows are thick
I think my pen's ink flow has mood swings
Also I wanted to draw the four guardians but I realized we only know what two of them looked like
Note: I'm not really sure what angels wear, so I just gave her a white dress. It's backless with a halter neckline, since she needs some space for those wings.
Why is there a lighting glare on only the bottom part of the crystal? Because I said so.
