I'm kind of busy right now, so I don't have time to to a real drawing or trace with pen. I'll be finished in a week or so, though. I'll pen this and update it eventually.
Here's a page on the Shadowheart sisters. I think they need more appreciation, so here ya go.
My handwriting becomes more and more illegible by the day... ;_;
Notes:
- Eva's design is not finished - it's just been really hard more me to decide on something
- her official art (and by that I mean the RPG Maker art) gives her impractical armor - boob plate and no midriff protection - and on the whole Eva seems to be more of an assassin-y type
- that means no armor because armor is clanky (also no heels because those're clicky)
- I just went with some light torso armor here, as a compromise, but I'm gonna revise it later
- Apparently Helene has armor according to the wiki? They honestly look like puffed sleeves to me, and I gave her a formal-ish outfit anyway
- I was going for kind of like a student aesthetic, dress shirt + waistcoat + pants + riding boots + black gloves (points for classiness)
- There's actually a reason why Helene has a beauty mark: it was because the first time I her, I mistook her eyelash for one, and now she has both in my drawings as an homage to my dumbness
- Eva has the cowlick/idiot hair/ahoge/whatever you wanna call it, so I gave Helene one to match for family resemblance points
- Ughhhh I keep forgetting Eva has earrings
Bonus headcanon: Before escaping from Draziel, Eva always tried to write letters to Helene, but the Eden Project would always intercept and destroy them. Helene never had a way of knowing if Eva was alive and well, but she always thought Eva would be alright, and that they would reunite someday. Even after hearing about the atrocities, Helene never stopped believing in her sister.
Thanks for listening!
